Hello!

My name is Xinna, pronounced "zee-nah," and I am an actress.

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. At 13, I found myself addicted to the Harry Potter books and the subsequent film franchise. I watched every interview, BTS footage, and featurette I could find, fascinated by the efforts and intricacies of filmmaking, wishing I could be a part of that world somehow. I was in 8th grade at the time, and for our end-of-school-year party in English class, we watched Inception--a phenomenal film and story that continues to inspire and motivate me today. The Hunger Games franchise was also at its height back then. I've admired Jennifer Lawrence ever since. And of course I'm Team Peeta. All of these movies were a starting concoction for my pursuit of this career.

My favorite thing about acting is it allows me to explore the human experience to an artistic end. I believe everything we do in life carries meaning, and a great performance challenges the viewer to see it. I like to call this art form "exemplary justification for a soul's existence."

My dream is to act at the highest level. And my dream role, if it one day develops, is Cinder in a live-action movie or series of the novel series The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer.
